This training is designed to help ABA professionals understand about keeping clear and healthy boundaries with clients and families in a way that respects their clinical practice and maintaining client dignity and confidentiality while upholding ethical best practices in ABA. This program discusses real-life situations like social media interactions, getting too personal, or working outside one’s clinical role and how to handle ethical grey areas in the right way.
Join us as we review ethics codes from the BACB, QABA, and IBAO and how they can professionally decline and steer clear of ethical potholes. The program will oversee several situations and scenarios and what to do when things feel uncomfortable or unclear. The program is designed to help professionals protect their clients and their profession.
