What license does Pulse Center operate on?

Pulse Center is licensed under the Dubai Health Authority as a rehabilitation center to provide services including

  • Speech Therapy

Pulse Center holds a license with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai as a Child Skills Development Training Center Professional and Management Development Training Center

Where is Pulse Center located?

Pulse Center is located in Umm Suqueim 1, Al Raddi St., Villa No. 27.

What are Pulse Center's timings?

Pulse Center LLC operates from 9AM to 6PM Saturday to Thursday.

What is required for my first visit?

You will need to carry your Emirates ID and your child's Emirates ID for registration.

What languages do your therapists speak?

The following languages are spoken by our therapists:

  • English

  • Arabic

  • French

  • Hindi

  • Urdu

  • Punjabi

  • Creole

Do I need to be present during my child's therapy session?

For your first evaluation and review sessions, it is required that either parent or guardian be present with their child.

For regular therapy sessions, you may carry on with your daily activities without any interruptions.

Do I need any special paperwork if I am divorced from the patient’s other parent?

Yes. We will need a copy of the divorce decree indicating who has the right to consent to evaluation and treatment before we can begin the appointment.

I was referred by a doctor to your office. What documentation do you require for processing this request?

Please keep a copy of your doctor’s referral and your identity and present it when asked at our reception.

How can I get my child's evaluation reports?

Our therapists outline a plan of care for your child and conduct periodic assessments that help track their progress. Please speak with your therapist and your child's medical report can be issued to you.
