Individuals who are nonverbal or have limited speech need a communication system they can start using at short learning time. Various options can be considered for non-verbal children with autism spectrum disorder including useful communication methods for requesting things, actions and people, in a way that requires and promotes social interaction. In this workshop, participants will learn about the different tools and methods they can employ and teach while determining suitability to each client's situation and capability.
